My Story

My name is Igneous Jones. For years I have been trying to make it into the mysterious art of wandlore, but have failed to do so. I have no connection or family history connected to the art, but am fascinated and want to learn the trade. I have applied and have been denied. I have appealed and begged in front of the school board and still been refused entry. I have gone from shop to shop asking for apprenticeship to learn, and have been laughed out the door. Their secrets are their own. They belong to the old families, the ones who have been making the same wands for centuries. They don’t want to share, they don’t want to expand the possibilities, to find other ways to make improvements. They know their trade and don't feel the need for change.

I know wands can be improved. I have always struggled with my spell casting. Though I am accomplished, my spells have never been effortless or smooth. I have known many others with the same issues. We have been cast aside, said to be not as powerful as others. I do not and will not accept this as the answer! I think it is the wand. I’ve seen some, like me, deemed not as powerful change and o amazing magic after getting a new wand. I have tested my theory, testing myself with new wands from multiple sellers, different woods, and different magical elements. Though I have found that I can do powerful magic with some, much more powerful than I ever have in fact, but nothing has felt completely comfortable in my hand, nothing has connected to my soul.

I believe that there are more possibilities to be explored, to help more people realize their own potential with a wand that suits them and not the generic ones that have always been made.  The magical world does not like the way I talk, they think me crazy and my ideas dangerous. They say we should not mess with what has already been proven and works fine. They see no need for any improvement. I think! No! I know they are wrong, and I will prove it! I have started my journey to push the limits to create the most powerful wands ever, and provided a place for any true believer in magic to obtain these wands.
